How Do I Sign Up for Online Banking?

You are now signed up for Online Banking! Please accept our terms and conditions and you will continue into our Online Banking site where you can begin handling your accounts online.
*If you get an error message stating that your identity could not be confirmed do not panic. Some of the information entered did not match what we have on file and for your protection we will need to verify your enrollment over the phone or in person to continue. At your convenience please call our Online Banking Department and we can finish your enrollment over the phone (or in person if you prefer).
How Do I Sign Up for Mobile Banking?
You must be currently enrolled in our Online Banking in order to sign up for Mobile Banking.
Go to your mobile device’s “App Store” and search for the First Bank of Coastal Georgia. More than likely you will get more than one in your search results. Scroll through the list until you see our logo. This is a FREE app so all you will need to is download it your mobile device.
Once the app is installed onto your mobile device log into it by using your current Online Banking username and password. It will then ask you for your first name, last name and birthdate. Next you will be asked a series of personal questions to verify your identity. If you answer them correctly it will successfully enroll you into Mobile Banking and you can begin handling your accounts through your mobile device.
*If you get an error messaging stating that it cannot confirm your identity you will have to wait 24 hours before you can try to enroll in Mobile Banking again.
How Do I Sign Up for Text Banking
You will need to log into your Online Banking account in order to sign up for Text Banking. Once you are logged in go to the “Administration” tab at the top of your screen. Scroll down and select “Mobile Banking”.
If you are currently enrolled in our Mobile Banking then your mobile phone will already be registered with our Mobile Banking system and all you need to do is click the “Activate Now” option out by Text Banking and follow the remaining enrollment instructions that appear on your screen.
If you are not currently enrolled in our Mobile Banking you will need to enroll your mobile device by entering in your mobile phone number and carrier (Verizon Wireless, AT&T, etc). After you accept our terms and conditions to move forward you will need to click the “Activate Now” option out by Text Banking and follow the remaining enrollment instructions that appear on your screen.
Once you are successfully enrolled into Text Banking text the number 49794 the following for account information.

H: Transaction History
L: Mobile Banking URL
S: Disable Text Banking
R: Request for Activation

How Do I Sign Up for eStatements?
You must be currently enrolled in our Online Banking in order to sign up for eStatements.
Log into your online banking account. Once you are in your online banking account go the “Accounts” tab located to the far left on your menu bar and select “Account Statement”. You will then be directed to a new window where an eStatement Disclosure will appear. After accepting the disclosure you are signed up to receive your statements online and will begin receiving the statements monthly to your email. Statements will be available for 12 months. You can access your viewed statements by clicking on the account number listed under “Documents”. New statements will appear in your Unviewed Document area.
If you signed up for eStatements and now wish to cancel this service please call us and we will be happy to discontinue eStatements for you.
How Do I Enroll in Bill Pay?
You must be currently enrolled in our Online Banking in order to sign up for Bill Pay. Log into your online banking account. Once you are in your online banking account select the “Bill Payment” tab located in the middle of your menu bar. You will then be asked if you would like to be enrolled into Bill Pay. If you select yes you will be directed to read and accept our online banking and bill payment agreement. After accepting the agreement you are officially signed up for Bill Pay and can begin paying your bills online.
How do I set up Telephone Banking?
Telephone Banking lets you transfer funds electronically between your First Bank of Coastal Georgia checking and savings accounts by touch tone phone, 24 hours a day. To begin using Telephone Banking call (912) 653-5250 and when prompted enter your account number and pin (which will initially be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number for first time users). You may then enter a new pin number and press the # key. This will be your new permanent pin number.
